The City of Corcoran and Corcoran Redevelopment Agency are focused on encouraging healthy growth of the existing businesses and industries in Corcoran and attracting new business and industry to the community. The importance placed on this effort is such that the City Manager and the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency are lead staff persons for this activity. They work closely with the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency Board along with the City and County-wide agencies listed below to facilitate economic growth and vitality.
Our efforts include assisting businesses find a site and navigate through the development process, helping businesses to retain and expand operations, partnering with developers on quality developments, and marketing the city to the world. We partner with citizens - residents and businesses, the Chamber of Commerce, and Kings Economic Development Corportation to name a few.
