PLANNING COMMISSION

The Community Development Department provides technical and administrative assistance to the Planning Commission, which is comprised of seven citizen members appointed by City Council. Depending on the type of application, the Planning Commission reviews and approves proposals or makes recommendations on them to the City Council. The Planning Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 1015 Chittenden Avenue. **NOTE: Beginning April 2016, the Planning Commission will meet every third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 1015 Chittenden Avenue.
